Fresh Lime Guacamole

Lime Guacamole

I know that just about everyone out there has a guacamole recipe. And they all seem to be a little different based on ingredients and taste. The variety is awesome! So here is mine. I like lots of lime and to keep it simple and fresh. These counts make about 3-4 servings for myself alone (enough to cover a quesadilla. I LOVE my Guac!)

  • 1 Bowl
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Spoon
  • Citrus juicer

  • 6 Avocados Ripe (do your best...)
  • 2 Limes
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • To taste Onion Powder You can substitute fresh onion if preferred.
  • To taste Salt

  • 1. Cut the avocados in half and scoop with the serrated spoon into the bowl.
  • 2. Cut limes in half, juice them, pour the juice in the bowl.
  • 3. Dice the tomatoes as chunky or finely as you like. Add to bowl.
  • 4. Add seasoning to taste.
  • 5. Cut up and smash all of the avocados with back and sides of the spoon. Feel free to use any special tool you have to achieve this. I just use my spoon. It takes a little more time but works just fine.

  • 7. Refrigerate.
  • 8. Serve on the side or on top your favorite dish.
